Administration
This section covers System Control — the part of the system that governs how the rest of it behaves.
It is written for whoever administers the system for your organization. If that is not you, you will probably not see these screens in your sidebar at all.

What to set up first
Section titled “What to set up first”If you are configuring a new deployment, this order avoids the most rework:
- System Settings — company name, timezone, date format, currency. Almost everything displays through these.
- Brand Settings — logo and colours, so what people see is yours.
- Email Settings — and send the test message. Nothing that mails anybody works until this does.
- Working Days Settings — which days are working days, before any attendance data exists.
- Organization structure — branches, departments, designations, holidays.
- Roles — before creating users, so people can be given the right role immediately.
- Users — the accounts themselves.
